Since solar became a viable green energy source, the sector’s growth
and speed have outpaced its ability to develop robust technical
solutions and best practices. Capacity has been built fast, but not
always with the level of standardization, reliability, and
protection that a mature industrial sector requires.
This leaves critical technical gaps: installations that are difficult
to inspect, components operating outside ideal conditions, and solutions
not fully aligned with standards or long-term performance.
The solar industry needs dedicated resources that think differently and
focus on solving these technical problems across the value chain.
That’s why we created Nexus Solaris.

For us, solar is the most powerful and scalable form of energy the
world has today. Yet as the industry grows, technical issues,
inefficiencies, and reliability problems still prevent it from
reaching its full potential.
Nexus Solaris develops innovative products that support the entire
solar value chain – from design and installation to operation, performance,
and end-of-life. We focus on solving real, well-defined problems with
practical, industrialized solutions that can be scaled across projects
and portfolios.
By thinking differently about failure modes, design, and installation,
we turn field experience into focused, high-impact product technology.
Everything starts with a problem and by solving these, we will Supercharge Solar.
We provide innovative technical solutions that enhance the efficiency, reliability, and sustainability of solar energy systems. Our mission is to reduce losses, eliminate inefficiencies, and deliver industrialized solutions that accelerate the green transition.
Our objective and vision are to be a leading technical contributor to the green transition by offering cutting-edge solutions that optimize installation, operations, and energy yield. By reducing inefficiencies and failure rates, we help supercharge the industry’s evolution toward a more industrialized, scalable, and sustainable future.
At Nexus Solaris, every product and development initiative begins with a real problem in the solar industry. We turn these real-world challenges into practical, high-impact product solutions – and bring them to market to strengthen the reliability and performance of solar assets.
At Nexus Solaris, everything starts with a problem. We develop our product solutions in close collaboration with the solar industry and are constantly looking for new challenges to solve and new opportunities to work with users and industry experts.

For too long, DC connector failures in solar PV systems have had a pronounced negative impact on efficiency, reliability, and cost. DC connector and DC cable failures have for years been among the main cost drivers in the operation of solar assets – with estimated energy losses well above 4% and by far the most common root cause behind repair tickets and site interventions.
In addition, DC connector failures are a primary ignition source for fires in solar installations and a major cascade stress contributor to inverters, cables, and other connected equipment. Connector failure is not a minor nuisance – it is a critical risk that must be addressed.
After thorough investigation and analysis, our conclusion is clear: The solution is not a new connector design – it is a new installation method.
It requires:
For this solution, our next step is pilot projects and technical feedback.
